Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
In the spirit of our philosophy of customer support and satisfaction, please note the following simple guidelines:
We may refund and/or exchange item(s) at our discretion within the first 30 days of purchase, but if 30 days have passed since your purchase then any refund and/or exchange will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that we may require any of the following:
Your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return or exchange, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale-items or close-outs may not be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
We may at our discretion replace items if they are defective or damaged. All Returns or Exchanges must be approved in advance of returning the product to us.
Partial refunds may be granted for:
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection or other status of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Or,
Your exchange will be processed and shipped to you at our expense
Please do not send the product back to us without pre-approval of the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (and insurance!) for returning your item to us.
We will pay the costs of shipping the replacement or exchange items to you.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable, so if you receive a refund then the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
